DREW SCHNEHAGE (Chief Executive Officer)

Drew has 22 years experience working in insurance. She originally started her insurance career at Mutual and Federal and in the course of her career she has held managerial positions within short-term underwriting management companies concentrating on personal and commercial classes.

Drew spent 7 years as operations manager at an insurance outsourcing management company dealing with various corporate portfolios and new product development initiatives. She moved to Admiral Underwriting Managers in 2003 to develop the U•NIQUE product for high net worth individuals.

In 2008 Drew together with Andrew Packman (ex-CEO of Admiral Underwriting Managers) and a UK based Investor; Steven Rimmer started Aquarius Underwriting Managers. Her main focus is managing the operations of Aquarius including the development and growth of the company.

STEVEN RIMMER (Chairman)

Steven has 25 years experience working in the insurance and investment sectors. He originally worked for a Lloyd’s Broker specialising in Professional Indemnity and Directors' & Officers' Liability. He subsequently moved to a privately held investment vehicle specialising in the financial services arena.

Steven acts as a business consultant and provides interim management services. He is committed to assisting companies with progressive change, often acting as a catalyst to enhance organisational performance. He holds several non-executive positions within the insurance and investment sectors and continues to assist companies to grow and develop their businesses in their respective markets. Steven is based in the UK.

PIETER BEZUIDENHOUT CA (SA) CISA

Pieter joined Zurich in April 2009 as Chief Financial Officer.  He was previously with M&F for 10 years in the same role.

Prior to the short term insurance industry Pieter spent 3 years in an agricultural commodities business and prior to that 10 years in retail and 10 years auditing.
