U•NIQUE Prosperity is a product that directly addresses specific needs of middle-income earners.

In order to ensure that your client's aren't under-insured, we offer an automatic pre-loss survey of contents aligned to the value of your client's assets. A detailed inventory and valuation is then completed, listing everything in the home. This valuation summary gives your client a breakdown on premiums allocated to each category in the home. We also base the premium on the client's risk profile. Therefore - the lower the risk profile, the lower the premium. The client can then choose which items to cover. Establishing values and ownership up front results in trouble free claims. The inventory also doubles up as a policy schedule, removing the need for separate household and all risk sections and the administrative burden that can result.
